 The Australian Organic Hamper Company accepts payment by credit card via its payment partner Paypal.
Please proceed to the ‘online shop’ to select your gift. By following the prompts you will be asked for further information regarding payment and delivery.
At the end of the payment process you will temporarily leave our site in order to provide your credit card details to our payment partner (Paypal). It is important that you return from that page to our site (using the highlighted link) in order to finalise your order. Failing to do so could result in incomplete order information reaching us, and delays in processing your order.
Please note that we can include a message on an attached card – “Happy Birthday”, “best wishes from..” etc. Please be sure to include message information on the ‘Add Comments About Your Order’ section of the Delivery Information form.
In some situations we are able to create customised gifts. Please email us on customer.service@organichampers.com.au with your request.
Security
Our on-line shopping cart incorporates 128 bit data encryption allowing for the secure on-line transmission of credit card numbers. The security of our shop can be verified via the web browser's locked padlock icon when you checkout to complete your order.
Please note that your credit card information is exchanged between your computer and our payments processing partner (Paypal). The Australian Organic Hamper Company Pty Ltd does not receive, see, know, store or use your credit card information. We proceed to dispatch your order when we receive notification of payment.
Customer Satisfaction
If you are not completely happy with our service or our products, please contact us immediately on customer.service@organichampers.com.au. We cannot promise to put things right every time, but we know that our business grows through recommendation by word of mouth and we are committed to doing everything possible to ensure you are happy with our service.
Substitution of products
Not all of the products that we use are available all the time. We reserve the right to use alternative products which are similar in nature and value without notice.
Organic disclaimer
Please note that we use and rely on the organic certification and labelling system operating in Australia. This system covers the primary production, processing and storage of goods produced in Australia, and through agreements with similar organisations, goods produced overseas. The Australian Organic Hamper Company Pty Ltd itself does not warrant the organic status of any of the products it sells.
All payments must be cleared through our payments system prior to dispatch
Cancellation Policy
Hampers which have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. However, if you contact us prior to shipping we will be happy to refund your payment.
