These grapes are grown using organic principles, hand picked with care and tunnel dried in bunches without the use of chemicals. They are reputed to be the largest, most succulent, full flavoured and sweet skinned dried fruits on the market. Tamberlaine Wines Late Harvest Reisling is an outstanding dessert style from the cool climate vineyards of Orange, NSW. It has attractive apricot, mandarin, floral and tropical fruit aromas with a powerful fruit salad palate and a fresh, lingering finish. Situated in the unpolluted air and soil, and high altitude of Clandulla, Central West NSW, Lakeland Olives is a family run farm operated on organic-biodynamic principles. Harvest Selection contains a selection of estate grown olive varieties (Kalamata, Barouni, Verdale and Volos) naturally fermented in kiln dried sea salt after careful hand harvesting to retain a unique crisp texture. The distinct fresh olive, apple and nut characteristics are complimented by the addition of estate grown herbs (Thyme, Oregano, Rosemary, Marjoram). Coldstream Vic based family business Australian Harvest Fine Foods produce a range of delicious organic grape based pastes that are made with an extract from the skins of red wine grapes called BIO-Grape which is a very powerful antioxidant. Cabernet and Pepperberry Paste combines the extract of Cabernet wine grapes with Australian native Pepperberry. Besides being a delicious complement to cheese this paste has an ORAC score of 4,500 ( Oxygen Radical Absorption Capacity - the measure of a food capacity to neutralize free radicals and protect against degenerative diseases).
